I spent well over $100 to order my family t-shirts commemorating the fact that we celebrated 6 weddings in one year. Totally automated businesses aren't flexible. When ordering, and changing between screens, the quantities changed this went through with my order. You cannot use the back button when placing the order, without filling out everything again. Didn't realize this until the order had been placed. I sure wished I had looked for customer reviews for Ooshirts before I ordered. Luckily I only ordered two shirts, that were supposed to be directly printed digitally on the shirt. It is a company that does not care about its customers and their orders and that it does not even try to fix their own mistakes in a timely manner. I had a specific order that had small, medium and larges but they give me all larges and I cannot fix their mistake in time for when I need the shirts! OOShirts took our money and we did not receive any shirts at all. We placed 2 orders (one order women's shirts - one order men's shirts) we received one order that was misprinted and we also received another companies shirts. At our expense we shipped back both. We have not received any shirts and now they are refusing to provide a refund! Do NOT place an order with this company! Add comment

We are having a company event the evening of 10/3/14 and paid for rush shipping to be guaranteed delivery by 10/3. I checked online status daily and was ensured 10/3 delivery. I would not recommend Ooshirts.com to anyone unless you have time and money to waste. The initial service (sales people) and website gets a thumbs up. The final product: TERRIBLE and gets an F.
