DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM OOSHIRTS. They are incredibly incompetent and do not care about their customers at all. Even when you pay extra to rush the delivery, they do not meet deadlines and send them LATER than you would have originally received them. In addition, if you try and deal with customer service, you are on hold for hours and the people you talk to are not competent. Do yourself a favor and do not order shirts from this company. ... Worst company I've ever dealt with. Hour long minimum phone calls, no response to emails or voice mails. Said hours were until 9pm but on hold on phone I got cut off at 5pm. Guaranteed ship date did not happen even after paying extra money. Tried the live chat but no ones on that either. You leave a message but no one gets back to you. I found this company via online...What a mistake that was!!! The response time is horrible. I emailed the company several times as well as left a msg. on the company voicemail. There was no response. I called 4 days after no responses. I was put on hold for 45 minutes. The representative was polite, but could not give me give me satisfactory answer to why no one had contacted me. My school once ordered sweaters from there, the sweaters took forever to come. And once they came the sweaters came on weekend but the school was closed so instead of dropping the sweaters at the post office they sent them back to California where the company is at. Add comment

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a thing from the this company. They are unfair with returns. I purchased a galaxy4s cell cover and when I gave my cc information the confirmation of order popped up saying I placed an order for two instead of one. I immediately tried to edit since the button was there by the product I purchased. Product is fine. I am now in the middle of a simple request..."OOShirts, please send an invoice so I can prove to my school that I did, indeed, pay for the shirts." I wish I had read these reviews before I got ripped off as well! I paid the expedited shipping was promised shirts by yesterday. These were for a charity event for Cystic Fibrosis my daughter passed last year and we walk in her honor now I have nothing So disgusted with how a company can get away with such poor customer service. I have called and e-mailed every day since 5-2-16 and I'm no closer today than I was I when I ordered and paid when order was placed. When I tried to edit my design, it wouldn't update the information, (I didn't know at the time). Once the automated messages started, and after I pull the latest e-mails (to go back and "approve/decline" the art work.) I don't see the shirt design at all on any of my e-mails. Extremely bad customer service. Horrible at getting back to their customers when an issue or concern comes up. I rushed ordered a shirt and it wasn't shipped in time. I emailed them 3 times and called them and left voice mail 3 times and I called twice once I got hung up on and I was being nice. So I had to call back. and wait again. Terrible customer service. We paid +25% for expedited shipping and the order came 3 days late and only included 1 out of 5 of the shirts! They refused to refund the +25% premium if we still wanted our shirts! We need the shirts, so we chose to have the shirts reprinted, but then they wouldn't even rush order them so we had to wait another 1.5 weeks to receive them.
