I ordered shirts for our softball team on ooshirts. I received confirmation, paid in full, and an expected delivery date. Then, a few days later I received word that my order had an error, they had to charge extra-ok fine mistakes happen. However, when I went to call to give the ok, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes. The shirts are fine, and cheap, but the service is horrible. Every order was followed by an email asking if my address accepts USPS (bad) and UPS (which is great). So I had 5 orders and they email every time, then they start sending robo calls. So I call and I am 45 on a waiting time line. Then when I get through they hang up....twice? So I email and I get an answer back in 2 weeks. Also when they send a proof, if you don't accept it, you can't cancel because they told me they already bought the shirts. Weird. Sent in an order and they put it on hold because apparently they can't do my design for the quote they gave me (which ia fine) but their phone wait time is always over an hour and they refuse to email me back almost a week later while they still charged my credit card. This company is horrible when the product was printed wrong , i tried for days to get someone on the phone, literally waited an hour and then put on hold and then disconnected. filed the complaint on website for claim and NO CALLS BACK FOR 2 WEEKS. We started the process feb 23rd. it is now april 22nd. I still dont have correct shirts and i dont have a resolution. Absolutely horrible. I have been trying to contact them for 3 days concering their screw up to get my things i PAID for already produced. Starting a dispute with my credit card company. 80 minutes hold time on the phone. Never responds to emails. Take your money elseware, what a joke and scam. Add comment

DO NOT order from this company!! 1) I placed two orders, both of which were supposed supposed to arrive over two weeks ago. My one-shirt order arrived, my eight-shirt order is still MIA. This places sucks!! I had a guaranteed delivery date, what a joke!!! Still waiting for my shirts!!! Call the escalation department what a joke that was!!!!! They told me the only thing they coukd expidite was my shipping once it was finished production but they couldn't expedite the production itself!!! No other "supervisor" available! Placed an order for our leagues shirts on April 7th but received an email later that day stating that my order was placed on hold due to our artwork. Proper artwork was resubmitted the following day on April 8th; never heard back. Due to lack of communication back on their part I started making phone calls to verify that our order would in fact be delivered by our target date of April 21st. This business is a JOKE, I have given them ample opportunity to remedy their mistake on our sample sweatshirt order. I have been given the run around for weeks. As of today I waited again on hold with their customer service department for 45 minutes to be lied to once again about the availability of a supervisor. They have people answering the phone that use the word HOWEVER to justify their inability to solve problems, provide email addresses, or escalate the call to a supervisor. I ordered 4 custom hoodies, they shrank my design & now I am playing the "I can not contact anyone to help me" game. I have alled, left messages, left emails... they are ignoring me. It is going on two weeks. I could have done a better job with my own printer using iron on transfers. This is for my business, you would think that they would want to resolve any issues.
