I would not recommend Ooshirts.com to anyone unless you have time and money to waste. The initial service (sales people) and website gets a thumbs up. The final product: TERRIBLE and gets an F. I can't explain how horrible the service is!! How is this company still open. I made up a t-shirt to do something nice for my boss for an event. I took time out of my day to design the t-shirt. I had placed an order for 100+ shirts for a benefit for my son that passed away. I was told that they would be guaranteed delivered by September 30th. Sounds like inexperienced, insensitive youngsters staffing the phones. Couldn't even confirm my order via email when the order was placed. Couldn't even send an email confirmation when I requested it. They don't understand that when a company orders shirts, it is for an important purpose and the ETA is often critical. Shirts were suppose to arrive on Thursday, Sep 18, 2014 for some techs we had going into the field on Monday. I call Helpdesk and Tina told me that they had an issue in the factory so that is why the shirts were delayed. I said I needed them asap and could she overnight them and she said no. I asked for a manager and she said she did not have a supervisor or a manager, sounds like a lie to me.... Read more

They messed up on my print by adding an apostrophe after my company's logo on 600 shirts. Not only did it take 6 hours to get someone from Claims to finally answer the phone, but they then only offered less then 50% credit for my next order. I ordered shirts for my student organization on September 1st. I was guaranteed they would arrive on my doorstep on September 15th. September 15th rolled around and my shirts were still "in production." Still waiting for a call back for over a week. Spoke to several people and different story every time. Not happy with my shirts and want to get this resolved. Apparently I have to speak with Katrina but she is never available. These are for my employees and the time that I have wasted is ridiculous. Add comment

I ordered a personalized hoodie for my boyfriend's birthday and it was set to arrive on the 16th of September. I also spoke to a "Richard" and asked if they could possibly speed up the delivery process so it could arrive on the 12th (boyfriend's birthday) and he said I could pay $28 to have a "rush delivery". According to them had a bad address which wasn't true..went online and spoke to "Richard" to give a good address and he didn't even process the new address.
