I browse this company's facebook page and other testimonials and all seemed great! ha! its because they DELETE the negative ones almost immediately!! we placed a $400+ order on august 5th, guaranteed shipping date was the 19th. they were super quick to email me w/ "approving the image" and "oh wait, we need to charge you more money" emails...but anything after that, ive heard NOTHING. my... Extraordinarily poor business practices and atrocious customer service. Cheap shirts, sure -- but you get what you pay for. Unless, as in my case, you don't get anything at all. After confirming that our artwork was fine, they tried on three separate occasions to print it, and it failed every time. And was I notified? So I ordered coaches shirts for our staff from ooShirts.com. They were not done correctly. I filed a complaint and had some acknowledgment from their claims department and never heard back. Shirts were promised for 8-24, they called on the 23rd and said they went to the wrong address will have them by the 25th, ok 1 day late. That was the last i heard of them, I called daily and customer service is useless, they are in a different building and just run interference for everyone else. I ordered 10 T-Shirts from ooshirts.com. The prints are horrible, faded, ink falling off the fabric, every single shirt is badly printed. I was trying to print a race t-shirt...race logo on the front, sponsor logos on the back. I sent them completed art work and then the emails began..they wanted letters from the sponsors approving the logos and I forwarded emails from all 13 sponsors approving the logos...then they wanted certified emails from everyone. *wrong items shipped, refused to reprint. I would have had to reorder and pay for shipping AGAIN, and the refund would not have covered shipping. now I'm left with 20 mens shirt and 1 women's shirt. useless *when re-ordering the same shirt, artwork came back distorted and different size. *shirts were shipped in a different color than advertised. Wow. Talk about deceptive print!; I offered to purchase 2 shirts to ck out quality before placing an order for 10,dozen. Although the shirts were listed as $6 a piece I was told I must submit sample art work.
