Ooshirts failed to provide shirts 3weeks notice.
3 weeks notice-no shirts! Ruined party. No follow thru. First I created the perfect shirt, then they don't have my color or style that they advertise. Then I have to accept lesser desired color and style. Then they do not deliver on time. They did not even know they forgot to make my shirts. When I called they could not tell me what happened. It took them 7 hours to call me back. They did not even have blank shirts to print on. What t shirt company has no shirts to print on?! No phone call to let me know? By the time they figured out they screwed up it was too late to get the shirts made. Wow!! Don't advertise what you can't pull off. Obviously not good communication or tracking between departments. They would not have even known they missed an order if I did not call. Not a trustworthy company at all. Now my party memory to take home is ruined. 3 weeks notice even....

Ooshirts - Never Again! Company policies stink!
First, their customer service is a scam. They put you on hold forever and insist you leave a message and that your call will be returned. I left two urgent messages in order to have assistance with an order before my time ran out to use free shipping. They never called back, I was constantly on hold and then they were closed for the day. Second, their ordering process is useless and yet another scam. I placed an order that took forever and realized I needed to order more shirts. I did so, on the same day, and the shirts went for $4.29 - $10.00! Plus, I had to pay more rush shipping. I tried repeatedly to call back and receive assistance, but once again they didn't answer my call. I sent an e-mail and was told that I should have processed the order correctly the first time and that I wouldn't receive credit for ordering the SAME SHIRT! Finally, they ONLY take credit cards, which public schools don't use! Why can't they take a bank check? What is this place, a sweat shop? Someone needs to investigate.

OOSHIRTS--DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I have never posted a complaint before, but 2 weeks ago I ordered 100 t-shirts for my son's graduating class. Before I ordered the shirts, I spoke to someone in the art dept and asked if a picture could be changed to a different color--they said no problem, just make sure to include your request in the note section. I did that and when I FINALLY got a proof, no change was made. I called (so difficult to get through) spoke to someone who told me to e-mail my request. I did so...still no proof. Another week goes by, I call AGAIN AND AGAIN, e-mail AGAIN AND AGAIN. Spoke to someone who understood my frustration, said she promised proof within 24 hours. 3 DAYS GO BY...STILL NO PROOF!!! T-shirts were supposed to have arrived today...and still no proof. Just cancelled my order. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

I placed an order for a charity event to raise money for military veterans. I received an email the next day saying my artwork did not have a high enough dpi. The order was then placed on hold. I corrected the issue and sent the new artwork the next day. I also spoke to a representative on the phone. They confirmed receipt of the artwork and said everything was good to go. I spoke to a representative three days before the event. I was told the order was still on hold. I was told the computer put the order back on hold. It is more likely, someone forgot to remove the hold. They said they made a mistake and would advised their IT people. Most likely, they don't have IT people. I was told they could ship the shirts to me in two weeks or give me a refund. If they cared about customer service in light of their mistake, they could have printed the shirts the next day and overnighted them. I was told there was no manager to speak to, instead I was referred to the website www.ooshirts.com/misprints . It's funny how I don't see that on their homepage. The quality of their non service and customer service after was horrible. Stay away from this company

Shady tactics
They messed up my order, didn't have the courtesy to let me know it was arriving late, and then promised a refund which they never delivered. They've already had 19 complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Save your money, time, and heartache- this company will be out of business soon- people are catching on to their shady tactics. Please don't let another customer be scammed. Call them out on Twitter: http://twitter.com/ooshirts and Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ooShirts https://www.facebook.com/pages/ooShirts/102587****61535 Don't let them get away with stealing from customers and poor quality!

OoShirts online service has no service
Tried to work with this company to order shirts for a public school. Every request was a flat NO. They were not well informed of their product, didn't know what price point was, couldn't direct to anyone in art department. Became apparent that they may not be the type of company we could work with. I don't think I could recommend them because we couldn't get enough information to feel confident about placing an order. Bad feeling.....should probably walk away from any company that demands payment up front and can't guarantee the shirt will look like it does on the design. Hmmmmmmmm

OOShirts.com customer service offers no service, not product informed. Most common answer: NO
Called to get information about ordering school shirts. Company service department doesn't seem well informed on their products. Couldn't help with price point, couldn't help direct questions to artwork department, couldn't help rush samples, favorite answer to any request : NO. A total 'leap of faith' company to work with. Make sure you have lots of wiggle room on orders and are willing to pay big up front for samples, or have a cookie cutter order. Their work ethic and lack of understanding about their products and how orders are processed for public schools makes this company impossible as an option for us. I would pass.

Horrible customer service - cancel now
Their art department is clueles. They will not let you talk to a manager and do not give you any solutions. We tried to make a rather large order and sent in 3 different email images up to an 8 megabite file which they said was still to low resolution even though the pixel count was over 600 PPI. They did not send out a proof to demonstrate quality of print so we were left in the dark as to what to do. Very cheap but you get what you pay for. I would not use this company, it is just not worth the constant hassels.

Ooshirts - buyer beware
It's unfortunate when what would otherwise be a good company messes up in the common sense area, and then seals the deal with bad customer service. I ordered a bunch of printed tshirts. I provided EPS artwork (everything is in vector format - no typefaces to mess up) but they decided to take that art and retype all the text in a random font that was close, but not exact. They sent a proof, but since I sent art that really can't be screwed up in the normal world, I viewed it on my phone looking for things like missing elements and the like. When I received the shirts the change was totally obvious in real size - they had even taken stylized text in our logo and retyped it. When I asked them about it they said they use the customer's artwork as a "reference" and they aren't used to getting high quality artwork. You'd think they'd be thrilled to get art they didn't have to mess with, but I guess they felt compelled. I told them they need to be more clear about the possible changes since their process is not one that anyone who works with graphics would expect. They said the fact that they sent a proof should indicate that they had altered the art. Funny - most places send a proof to prove that they DIDN'T alter anything. Bottom line - this company has some messed up practices and a "too bad so sad" attitude so just beware.

ooShirts, subcontracts out all of their screenprinting. They do the artwork for the cutomers, order and ship the articles to be screen printed out to screen printing shops all over the US.
The screenshops do the job and ships them out to the customers.
Unfortunately they do not pay their bills to these screenshops either. Once they have racked up a large bill, they move on to the next screen shop.
You either work for the company or have no idea how public schools work. Any company like this one would be able to work with a school district to use purchase orders or bank checks.
What online company lets you use checks?! Was your order already processed when you called to add things to it? Sounds like standard online business to me...
