First the Website looks appealing, designing product is a great app, pricing is reasonable, all good at the beginning, happy customer.Then the day that you are promised your order, its not there, next day?

same, Next day? same. Until we had to go online and check status. Status says you should have received your shirts 3 days ago, really?

uhm thats strange..... then called customer support. Oh sorry we don't have phone support. Ok?

so why have a phone number, one may ask. Then finally via Chat, they said oh sorry they had a problem at factory with the order. I said ok, so give us a refund because, i feel like i was getting scammed. They said no, we can not give you a refund, because the shirts are being worked on.

REALLY? so they took 20 days to stamp 20 shirts? I though the process was only supposed to take minutes. Either way what do i know....

im not a shirt guy. Then they keep apologizing for the inconvenience, i don't need apologies i need my order. It would have been nice to have received an email with status, at least saying that the order was delayed.

But no they want you to for fetching for the information.FIRST AND LAST ORDER WITH OOSHIRTS, maybe it should be named OHOHSH!/S.....lol
