Absolutely horrible Customer Service.
My order was slow to produce and got lost in shipment. Ooshirts did very little to track and find package. I was told to track it and make contact with post office to find the lost package. They are the seller and shipper - the responsibility to find the package should be their burden. I spent considerable time on the phone with USPS and automated run-arounds.
This company SUCKS! Do Not Use. The CSR's could care less to solve your problem in a timely manner. Ooshirts is not worth the frustration risk!
I should have read reviews before doing business. Seems like on time delivery and meeting commitments is an on going problem.
