Ooshirts charged me $675 for an order on 5/3 and have not yet fulfilled the order. I have sent them multiple emails & they do not reply. Its so unfortunate to see them doing this to other companies.

I found their site via internet search. I liked the tool, shirt was for my son turning 21. Plenty of time for normal processing and standard delivery. Order placed early Sept 4th. Design tool allowed plenty of flexibility, allowed me to add some text on the sleeve with no warning from the tool. It also wasn't clear to me what I should choose for color options. Although my printing was all black on gray shirt, there was a small graphic with a bit of color. I chose "full color" and that I think is what led to the +$50 price. They didn't bother to offer any feedback that might save me money, even though I requested design review. At 9:31AM same day I received a message warning me of an issue with the design, but they used an acronym in the message I didn't understand. I replied instantly - 9:34AM - asking them to clarify the issue. - No response. I sent 3 more messages the same day and following day. No response until Sept 8th, where they explained the problem more clearly, and advised me the delivery date would now be the day AFTER I needed it. I replied that my date wasn't flexible, and due to their slow response it would be a nice customer gesture to change to expedited processing so they could meet my original date. I also said if they weren't will to do that, to cancel my order. Their response did not acknowledge anything, they simply cancelled the order and refunded my charge. Too bad for them, it gets them this bad review in exchange. I'm sure my $50 order will not impact their revenue, but if a dozen others opt for a different provider, maybe they could learn something about customer service. Personally I've spent 30+ years in Customer Service and CS Leadership. This was very poor customer service. Something they purportedly pride themselves on if you check their "About us" page. 1. We get it right the first time. We take your deadlines very seriously. "2. We value frequent and open communication. Communication at every step of the way. Not so much, I think.

User's recommendation: If communication after sale and deadline matters to you, shop elsewhere.

WORST and deceiving retailer I have experienced in years. Son ordered three custom shirts. Did not arrive or printed in 5 weeks and he canceled the order. Was informed credited $. Then shirts came and he emailed that way past deadline. Offered to reimburse 50% IF we removed dispute with credit company. Naively did that and then was past dispute period. Even though in writing about the partial refund, then received canned email that son had not responded (when he had) and no dispute would be honored. NEVER order! Credit company is reporting them for fraud and graciously honored dispute. Do NOT subject yourself to fraud and misrepresentation.

I spent 853 dollars on 100 shirts. They were supposed to be here on the 22

Message says wait for next avail rep, then pause and says call during business hours. Well Its middle of day...

When ordered on May 15, they said my order would be at my doorstep on June 5th. Contacted the company on June 8 because they still were not here. June 9th, finally got a reply that it was caught up in production longer than expected and the new estimated date was June 26! NO update to my order status or any notification it was delayed. It would have been nice to know it wasn't going to meet my deadline about 2 weeks ago so I could find someone else! Now Im struggling to find someone else to do the shirts in time! Now I can't get a response about a refund after 3 emails! Never again will I deal with this company!

I placed an order mid April & was told Id receive my package no later than May 7. I never got a tracking number, not an update or email saying they were being sent out. No type of communication; dont reply to emails, never pick up the phone (Im on hold as Im typing this for 30 minutes). I would not recommend & I will NEVER buy from them again.

Worst company! Scammers, do not trust them! The print comes out nothing like what you submit. I even paid an extra $70 to make sure they would print correctly (they messaged me and offered a "higher quality" printing option) only to be shipped a bunch of garbage (white dots instead of words, completely missing sections, missing garments, wrong sizes... Etc!) Not only that but they were 2 MONTHS LATE!!! When I contacted customer service they said "this is the industry standard" BULL! I've had this design printed by other people before (and OOshirts too, which came out great the first time!) They are so up and down and unreliable, some stuff comes out ok and then you order the SAME THING again and it's complete garbage. Don't trust them!!!

They misprinted my t-shirt order (although the proof was correct). I didn't notice until they were handed out to all the kids. Now they insist on a picture of each t-shirt so they can find a resolution. Because I was only to provide a pic of one of the t-shirts (the one I kept for my child), they're only willing to credit $26 towards a future order! As if I were ever to order with them again. Keep away from this company! I've been printing t-shirts for my business for 12 years, never had issue, went with Ooshirts for the first time (to save a few bucks), but oh boy, do I regret it!

Awful...Awful...Awful... This is an awful company to do business with... I placed an order 8/30 even called to make sure the order would be complete and delivered by 8/8 for a family reunion on Saturday 12pm. I gave you all of this information paid the extra money for shipping and rushed. I called 5 times from 8/30 to 8/5 and was told yes we are on schedule no problems. I went with you because you had the best prices. 40 shirts 661.00 dollars... I check in on 8/8 and then I am told oh sorry won’t be there on the 8/8 or the 8/9. No one called me or informed me ahead of time. Now I am paying 1200 dollars for a rushed order through custom ink to get the shirts by 8/10 at 930 in Maryland... This organization screwed me and now I am paying double. If you could not file the order I could have went with another company and save 400 dollars. Now I cancelled my order and expect 100% of my 661.00 dollars back. I am very disappointed in how you treat your customers and will never use this organization again. You are truly not customer oriented. I asked for a supervisor to call me back no one bothered to show any kind of consideration, remorse or accountability.... Do not do business with this company...pay the extra money and use a company in your area or one that will honor what they say and agree too. Mr. Washington Delaware

I placed an order for a t-shirt which I never received. The order was replaced without any difficulty, but that hasn't been received. When I try to communicate, I am unable to get a person to deal with my problem. I.e. to refund the payment. This has been ongoing now for 5 months.

I had a very very important and historical family reunion where I was responsible for ordering the family reunion shirts (45th year). I went online and ordered from ooshirts.com. I sent my order more than enough time for them to have them ready. I think this company advertises that it will process and delivery your order on time. That is way further from the truth. I was given several dates I can expect my order. I was told on several occasions that there was an issue with my order and the shirts had to be re-ordered from a third party company. Then I was told the machine was not working that prints the shirts. Even though they immediate refund my money, my family was unhappy they did not have a shirt to wear on an important and historical family reunion. I do not recommend this company for anybody. Look the other way.

If I could provide a lower than 1 star rating I certainly would. I have used this company for over 6+ years and have spent tens of thousands of dollars on t-shirts provided by ooshirts. However, upon being promised a delivery date, the date was not met, I was not notified, I spent a whole day on the phone trying to find out where my shirts are. Finally I was told the shirts are still being printed and there is no way to know when the shirts will be shipped or delivered. I am now stuck with 300+ customers expecting a shirt and no way of obtaining the shirts or knowing when they will arrive. Upon pressing customer service they were EXTREMELY unhelpful and would only offer 25% off of my next purchase (Which I will never be placing with this company again) and no answers, options, or solutions. I am completely at a loss and now have no way of providing these tshirts to the my customers in time. Terrible service, terrible response time, un-kept guarantees. Seriously, this company should be called uh-ohshirts.com
