DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!First of all it took them 4 days AFTER we placed an order to notify us that it was on hold due to them running out of the particular tshirt.
Secondly, there is absolutely NO WAY to contact them to talk to someone. Not through their customer service number not through their 'live chat". Thirdly, I have sent them several emails and it takes them about a day or more to respond, which isn't a big deal until your order has been moved to a different date then what was originally promised and AUSTIN (the guy who has been emailing me supposedly) is acting like this is our fault, not taking the responsibility for their mistakes.
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and I am disgusted with the way this company runs their business.#ooshirtsequalsterriblebuisness #ooshirtsisascam
