I ordered a hoodie for Father's Day, received confirmation that it would arrive on June 19, 2017.A week later, there is no response to the phone number they provide and almost impossible to find anyone on their "chat line".
Finally someone responded and I found out that the shirt wasn't even printed because of a "print problem". I was not notified of this and told that my order was not on it's way. Extremely poor customer service. When I discovered the owner of the company is only 20, that explains everything.
Young people have absolutely no idea what customer service is.
I was disappointed to see how much money he has made when he has such poor customer service.My credit card better be refunded immediately!
