I ordered a hoodie for Father's Day, received confirmation that it would arrive on June 19, 2017. A week later, there is no response to the phone number they provide and almost impossible to find anyone on their "chat line".

Finally someone responded and I found out that the shirt wasn't even printed because of a "print problem". I was not notified of this and told that my order was not on it's way. Extremely poor customer service. When I discovered the owner of the company is only 20, that explains everything.

Young people have absolutely no idea what customer service is.

I was disappointed to see how much money he has made when he has such poor customer service. My credit card better be refunded immediately!
