Totally automated businesses aren't flexible.When ordering, and changing between screens, the quantities changed this went through with my order.

You cannot use the back button when placing the order, without filling out everything again. Didn't realize this until the order had been placed. When I called customer service, they didn't do anything to rectify the situation. In fact, they told me the quantities are confirmed before the order is submitted.

When I went to the site to confirm this, I was charged again! Then they refused to cancel the charges.

Very inflexible and unwilling to work with customers.I wouldn't order from this company again.
