We ordered 60 shirts and paid for them. The day before they were supposed to arrive they called and said that they "ran out of large".
How does a tshirt company run out of large? They are obligated to fulfill the order because we have already paid them. They said we would need to wait and file a claim. This order was for students and it is almost the end of the year, which is why we paid to rush the order in the first place.
Their customer service was horrible. They are out of the office during normal business hours. No one ever answers the phone.
Their "Chat" team is incompetent. I would advise you not to use them to print shirts.

Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of custom tshirt printing. Ooshirts needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
