Terrible customer service.We paid +25% for expedited shipping and the order came 3 days late and only included 1 out of 5 of the shirts!

They refused to refund the +25% premium if we still wanted our shirts! We need the shirts, so we chose to have the shirts reprinted, but then they wouldn't even rush order them so we had to wait another 1.5 weeks to receive them. When we finally did receive them, 1 out of the 5 shirts was printed incorrectly! All they did at that point was refund the price of 1 shirt.

They definitely should have refunded our entire order at that point.Worst customer service I have ever seen.
