`1.It is very hard to get somebody on the phone there.

They sent me email stating artwork is being created, 2 weeks passed and the order status on website was still showing as being processed. I was supposed to receive my order 2 days ago. Today, when I finally got somebody on the phone, they offered no apology and said if I want to cancel, I only get 85% of my money back or I can wait another 3 weeks for my order.

Have you had a pleasure of dealing with AT&T customer service? these guys actually worse.

They admitted on the phone that my order basically fall through the cracks, but offered no expedited service or anything else .Avoid them at all cost!

Monetary Loss: $233.
